Purpose-built tools.
Focused work.

Meet TermLok, our modular connector holding fixture for harness fabrication. Hold the connector steady while you focus on the termination.

Instant holder lookup

Have a connector number?

Check whether a holder design is on file, a new design is available, or a reviewed connector is outside our capability. Enter one complete manufacturer part number.

Holders match the connector family, shell size and thread or flange interface—not just the full part-number suffix. Similar connector numbers may share a holder. We confirm exact fit before ordering.

Built around your connector

One workstation.
A connector-specific setup.

Explore the fixture, compare holder families, and prepare a configuration brief with your exact connector part numbers.

01 / MATCH

Interchangeable holders

Dedicated interfaces for D38999, 2M805 and MS345x connector families.

02 / POSITION

Indexed carrier

Set the connector position for access during termination work.

03 / CONFIGURE

Request holders, quantities and company branding colors. Custom colors carry an additional fee.

ENGINEERING DESIGN / CUSTOM TOOLING

Practical tooling.
From design to deliverable.

Jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids built around your parts and your process. We develop designs for 3D printing and metal fabrication, with the files, drawings and physical tooling defined in your quote.

01 / DESIGN FOR 3D PRINTING

Tooling for the workbench.

Purpose-built parts that hold, locate, protect or guide your work.

  • Assembly jigs and positioning fixtures
  • Connector holders and harness assembly aids
  • Drill guides, templates and protective covers
  • Fit-check prototypes and replacement-part development

02 / DESIGN FOR METAL FABRICATION

Designs ready for the next process.

Part geometry and documentation developed for the intended fabrication method.

  • Brackets, mounting plates and adapters
  • Locating plates and assembly fixtures
  • Cut profiles and hole patterns
  • Fabrication and assembly details for supplier review

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Concrete outputs.
A clear scope.

Your quote lists the deliverables, file formats, revision and any prototype or production quantities.

3D CAD models

Agreed model files, such as STEP, for design review and manufacturing handoff.

Print-ready geometry

STL or 3MF geometry prepared for the agreed printing process. Slicing setup is included when quoted.

Drawings and cut profiles

Dimensioned PDF drawings and DXF profiles where applicable to the fabrication process.

Prototypes and finished tooling

Physical printed parts, fit-check samples or finished tooling when included in the project scope.

From connector to workstation

How to order.

01 / CHECK

Start with your connector.

Use the lookup above, then gather your exact connector part numbers and any drawings or special requirements.

02 / CONFIGURE

Send your setup brief.

Tell us how many workstations and holders you need. We review the interfaces, configuration, pricing and estimated delivery.

03 / APPROVE

Approve the quote.

Confirm the configuration and delivery estimate, then pay according to your quote to start work. New-holder engineering begins after full upfront holder payment.

New-holder engineering is included. When a new holder is feasible, its design work is included at no additional charge when you pay for the holder in full up front. We confirm requirements and price before payment.

Choose the setup you need

A workstation—or more holders.

A complete TermLok workstation

Request the supporting fixture and the connector-specific holders for your work. Your quote identifies the base, uprights, indexed carrier, selected holders, quantities and any optional items.

  • Base + uprights: support the working assembly.
  • Indexed carrier: positions the holder for termination access.
  • Split holder: locates the connector and opens around the harness.

Additional connector holders

Already have TermLok? Request holders for another connector family, shell size or mounting interface. Include your existing fixture and holder revision so we can confirm compatibility.

Reference images show an example configuration. The connector, contacts and insertion/removal tools illustrate use; your quote states exactly what is supplied.

Before you order

A few quick answers.

Can you design a holder for my connector?

We review the connector drawing, mounting interface and available space in the fixture. If feasible, new-holder engineering is included when the holder is paid in full up front. An unknown lookup result means a review is needed.

Can I buy additional holders later?

Yes. Send the new connector part number and your existing fixture revision. We confirm the matching holder, compatibility, price and availability before ordering.

Can the colors match our company branding?

Custom colors are available for an additional fee. Include your preferred colors or HEX, RAL or Pantone references in the configuration brief; material and color availability are confirmed with your quote.

When will my order ship?

Delivery timing depends on the configuration, holder design work and production availability. We confirm an estimated delivery schedule with your quote; contact us if you have a required date.

Need help identifying your connector?

Email the manufacturer’s part number and, if available, a drawing or clear photo. Please do not include confidential or export-controlled information.
